Nice paddle around the bar. Had to walk a little over the shallows to get into the estuary channels. Super calm water in the channels. Nice fast paddle out to the bar from Aberdovey with the tide. Some good chop around the point of the bar and then a nice steady paddle back into the sun.

Hot in the sun and fairly hard work at times.
